Semalam aku gayut ngan ex bos aku, KM.
KM bagitau that she is leaving soon.

"The fucker (nama timangan) is killing me", KM bagitau aku.
Aku dah agakkkkk.
Jantan kote pendek ni memang modus operandi dia nak hapuskan semua core-core people dalam building tu. Biasa la kan, orang kalau bangang, tapi ada hati nak jadik big bos, apekah cara yang boleh buatkan dia jadik bos dengan cepat melainkan buat tektik keji?
Dari dulu lagi the ground people dah sok sek sok sek. The moment I learned that our bosses (KM and KZ) kena transfer pi unit lain yang kononnnnnnnn nya being promoted (lancauuuuu), one thing been circling inside my head was these 2 people are about to be kicked out very very soon. It was just another way of showing their 'pukimak-haram-punya-gratitude' towards them.
And now...the game has just started.
KM has been transferred to Management and Training Unit, basically handling things related to seminars, workshops, labs, RnD and also administration. Previously the head of this unit is Mr Kote Pendek. Due to WTF reasons, re-grouping la bagai, si kote ni been upgraded (lancau lagi dan lagi) to Senior Manager of Technical and Operation Unit yang aku tak nampak what is the significance. Sabit nak kasik power lebih kat dia je.
So, dulu KM ni involved in sales so position dia kira strong sebab nature of bisnes kita memang trading, selalunya people yang buat sales dorang takkan kacau. Nak mampos carik pasal ngan kitorang? Aku tak kuar buat sales kang, mampos ko mintak sedekah tepi longkang.
Dulu dia takleh kacau KM and KZ sebab dua-dua ni main contributor kepada gaji dia. Jadik, dia nak kick these 2 people pun payah. So, he came out with this madafakka so-called viola idea - REGROUPING. Bila regrouping, all bussiness unit akan bersatu and position pun bertukar. So, KM and KZ dari elok-elok parking kat sales, dia pi hantar kat unit lain, yang bukan buat sales. KM kena campak kat management. Dia bagi gaji lebih sket la. Umpannnnnn.
Bila dah campak kat sana, jeng jeng jenggggggggg, tanduk pun keluar.
Si kote pendek ni hari-hari jadik pencacai dok mengevaluate keje KM and secara sukarelanya pi buat assessment report pasal KM and hantar kat CEO. Apekejadahnya ko susah payah nak buat segala assessment appraisal semua ni? Ada dia kacau telor ko ke yang pantat ko jadik panas semacam tak reti dok diam ni?
Regrouping baru sebulan, dia pepandai cakap KM tak perform. Kepala pantat mak kauuu!
Itu baru sebulan la bacul. Ko duduk kerusi tu 6 bulan aku taknak apa yang perform pun. Tunggang langgang siap 10 orang benti serentak lagi ada. KM baru pegang sebulan ko pi canang kat CEO dia tak reti buat keje.
Yang sangat cilaka pantek nya bila dia pi suruh CEO keluarkan KM terus dari building ni. Not even a thot of downgrading her, terus nak sack??
You dismiss someone from a job, usually because they have done something wrong or badly, or sometimes as a way of saving the cost of employing them. Tapi bukan sack them without solid reasons! Is that a valid reason to fire someone?
Lapan tahun KM keje sini, just because of sebulan dia tak perform ko nak tendang dia? Yang sebulan tu ko nak berkira, yang lapan tahun tu ko taknak kira? Ke nak aku tolong kirakan?
Yang CEO aku pulak, tahun ni makin menjadik-jadik pulak bangangnya. Ada ke dia boleh termakan cakap si pundek ni and bagi warning kat KM, "If you can't really perform at management, proof to me that you can bring at least 1M to your RnD unit"
Cilaka kan?
Dasar tak kenang budi.
Ko start the bisnes dengan bukak kompeni kat shop lot. Orang tu grad Manchester with honest boleh sanggup nak keje kat kompeni cikai macam ni, bawak masuk berjuta, kasik ko tukar keta 5-6 kali, and now you are talking about proof????
If this is the game that you play, I rather quit than put in 10 hours busy as all hell.
I am willing to tolerate when you increased my wage but took out my small portion in the company share atas alasan re-grouping for I see I have future in this company and I wanna burn myself into this job. But if KM pun boleh ko buat macam ni, apetah lagi nasib aku yang baru 4 tahun keje kat sini. Sesedap tapak kaki ko nak sepak aku esok lusa.
I regret for losing my share to some pantat like you.

I absolutely love this job but I hate you for being here, sibuk-sibuk ikut bontot aku. I do enjoy working here actually but due to some reasons I think I need to have a second thought. Leave is a good option. People always leave anyway..:) But not that easy. Kasik aku plan sumthing first.
Ape kesssss nak blah camtu kan? Manusia pergi meninggalkan nama okkkkkkk. Kasik aku tepek nama aku kat paler otak dorang bagi dorang ingat nama aku sampai mampos.
Anyways, thanks to you si kote pendek for making me realized that I can be better than staying here.
